Premier originally built our pergola and it still looked great 17 years later, and we decided this year to get some minor upgrades done. Like before, staff were very friendly and professional and actually got the job done earlier than expected. I wouldn't bother going anywhere else for a quote if you're a first timer, just get Premier to do it, you won't be disappointed.

Professional, polite, prompt and PERFECT! We are so happy with our new carport! Carl was very happy to consult with us novices Numerous times over lots of little things that were quite foreign to us in terms of design and lingo. Dave did a sterling job in putting it all together for us. Yes, it would have been much cheaper to buy a pre-fabricated kit and pay someone to put it up, but a custom built/made to measure is SO SO worth it and adds so much more value to your house. The process was clear and easy to understand. Communication was excellent. If you’re looking for a custom built carport that looks like it was always there, check out Premier Improvements. Well worth the money!
The staff at Premier looked after us from the start to the finish in such professional manner. From Karl the Account Manager, who first came out understood we had other trades coming in to work on my 81 year old father in laws Villa and delivered the product exactly when we needed it. Dave the applicator did such a good job. He was kind and polite and even rang me to let me know my father in law was having a nap and to come by to close his garage as he was leaving and wanted to be sure he was safe. Premier built a pergola for me and everything happened on time. Jason did a tremendous job of installation, a perfectionist like myself. I had two quotes and Premier's was much lower. Premier's design was simpler and more elegant than the other quote and fits the house perfectly.. Would recommend them highly on the basis of my job.
