Sent off to request a quote in June 2020, had accepted builders quote to install by end of July, he expected to be building it in October, in December he said stratco hadn't sent hardware yet, expected it before Christmas. Well it's January now and I've received the hardware (cardboard boxes completely soaked by rain) but there's no guttering or flashing so have to wait even longer for that to be sent from Sydney to Canberra. 23k worth of pergola and they take as much care in getting it right, as a counterfeit leggo seller.

Best service ever, got quotes done and delivered on time... well done

Absolutely appalling, my precious time was wasted trying to give them my business in these difficult times. I then read their reviews & everything then made sense. I rang Mordek at Moruya & with in 10 minutes I had enquired, received a quote, ordered & paid for my customised one off order.

unimpressed with the product. Poor quality steel to be honest

Worst customer service ever! I still haven't received a quote 6 weeks after my initial inquiry. This was after having to request an alternative sub contractor to do the install as the first company weren't interested even after personally going into their office (ACT Decks) and asking where my quote was up to. I then received a price of 30K! for a basic pergola and carport. An alternative company is doing them custom made for 10K. I have worked in customer service all my life and am astounded they are still in business. If you are looking for any type of service or care I would highly recommend not using this company.

An absolute sh1t show - go somewhere else and pay extra - the headaches are not worth it!!!! Two years ago, we had four aluminium screenings quoted, which came in much cheaper than we thought. Turns out they only put in three screens. After a heated argument with Jason Talty, he eventually realised he'd stuffed up and added the forth panel (for free which was good for us). I received no apology, no admission of failure, more of a "Oh... I'll adjust it" March 2020, we we had more aluminium screening quoted from rough measurements. In October we took accurate measurements, got a formal quote, paid etc. Turns out Jason Talty used our original quote from 6 months ago, and two panels did not fit. Jason provided no apology or admission of fault from his stuff up, just a "we'll get it recut". Our Recuts have arrived, and now they're too long. I'm absolutely fed up with the incompetence of this store! How can one company stuff up so many times???

I don’t often post reviews, but credit where credit is due. My orders have always been correct and on time, and staff have been very professional and friendly throughout. A special thank you to Jason, for his good advice and professionalism on many occasions.

Staff at the front very helpful and friendly but a much less pleasant experience after being sent round to the back to collect my (admittedly) little order. Courteous and timely customer service apparently not a priority. They cope better with males? Maybe small orders could be dealt with separately from larger tradie ones - easier all round?
