I needed to fairly quickly replace my front door lock as it had failed. I obviously couldn't leave my premises unsecured and the weather is such that it's getting cold at night so can't leave the door open anyway. As I'm an Airbnb hostess too I have to ensure that my guests are safe and secure. I could still lock the security door (and had to for a couple of nights, lol) but this is obviously impractical and a short-term fix. I thought of a locksmith to have it all "done" in one step. As a long-time resident of Traralgon I knew of this business, where it was (they've been there for decades) so they were the first ones to go to. As it was a Saturday afternoon though by the time I needed to start looking at what they had they weren't open which meant of course an out-of-hours call out so it meant a minimum charge of the fee of the same (expected). I had a visit from the first person early that afternoon and he fitted a temporary lock. I told him what I wanted (a different style of lock) and he said that it wouldn't be a problem but it won't be done until Monday. Luke came out on Monday morning and fitted the new lock and handle. It was all satisfactory, I tried it out and he vacuumed the floor in the entrance afterwards which is very important to me. So yay for Luke. I can't recommend them highly enough.
