Top bloke - Just called to get assistance and he talked me through fixing the issue over the phone - no charges and the lock is fixed.
A very dishonorable man, he purports to be a large company yet he is a single van operator. I rang and he quoted one price then charged me more when the job was done. Beware ... get a WRITTEN quote !
