OH, we found the part for karcher in burnings Balcatta. EDIT to your reply: it is a commercial part, address your issue is better than kick the ball around.

Bought a high pressure hose, but refused to give a warranty, owner of shop kept saying it was my fault, one of worst shop you can shop around
Took my machine here to have vacuum reconnected as I tweeked electrics Charged 99 to look at Then sent a quote for 3800 to fix various problems I never even asked to be done or looked at. Waste of 99 and 2 hours of my time Took the machine to a local guy who fixed for 200, Shocking that these tactics wash in today’s world.
Went to get 5ltrs of polish for Jarrah floors. Three staff sitting talking after 10 mins asked them for help WOW the woman with long hair and glasses was sighing as she got up she then told me we don’t sell it and never have you can’t get it anymore. I was told by the owner of a cleaning company to go there because that’s where he gets it. No alternatives offered or anything else some people should get a job they like.
Very poor service by the phone. Have just called to check price of vacuums and the lady was very rude and not happy to help. Very disappointed.
