My husband has wanted a working shed for around 9 years. After some very dis satisfactory discussions with another provider he thought he would give a family business a go. The owner was lovely - attentive and happy to discuss whatever was required. Things changed just a tad after a signature was placed on the order and a deposit was paid. Communication of all types ended. If we wanted to know anything we had to phone them. I will give them credit though - they did manage to get the concreter to come in after a lot of hassles from me. We had 3 different installers. Nothing communicated - people didn't show up, more phone calls - oh he's off sick. No thought to let us know. Job is now all done. Great! Roller door was installed - the keys? Taken back to the office. They would not release them until the final payment was made. Small problem the roller door is twisted. My husband notified them and asked what they would do. No response yet. I am so sorry to say that their communication skills are lacking to say the least - in fact they do not exist. If they would just tell people what they are doing or admit when they make a mistake they would be a great company. My husband who has not been well, has been placed under a lot of unnecessary stress and his health has declined. I am very very disappointed. The final recommendation or not, will be how they handle the roller door situation - because I will be one extremely unhappy person if it is not resolved soon. Communication is a huge thing fellas, which can change the reaction of some of your customers - I would strongly recommend that you think on using it.

A recently contracted Poulter Installations to build a carport at the rear of our property. I dealt with Adrian and have nothing but high praise for his professionalism and the professional standard of the built. Very happy!

My parents have a 9m x 6m shed being built by Poulter Installations, Wangara. They have chosen and specified in the quote and the deposit invoice Colorbond Sandbank for the entire shed. Poulters have installed the frames in Sandbank and the cladding in Wheat/Harvest, a colour 3 shades lighter than specified. My parents have also paid 9,000 deposit for a 22,000 shed which is against industry regulations. My parents have been reasonable in discussions yet Poulters are refusing to rectify or compensate saying they do this all the time and people don't complain. If you expect to get what you pay for, think again here.

Quite disappointed with the things they 'didn't do' and their dismissive response to my concerns. I have never complained publicly about any businesss ever before. 3 problems - 1. The skylight panels are not sealed - they leak into the patio near the house when it rains. Their response - this happens at times, even on their own houses. My action - I sealed the top of the panels - would have been very simple for them to do but awkward for me 'after' installation. 2. Where they put the posts in through the pavers, they didn't cut the pavers around the post into place. Their response - we don't do that. My action - I have attempted to 'cut' some pavers but I don't have a brick saw and will probably have to hire one. Looks terrible. Poor workmanship. It would have been easy for them to do. 3. They have downpipes going onto the pavers and grass. Their response - That's normal, you will have to put in soakwells yourself. My thoughts - how did they get this officially approved by council and I really don't know how to do a good job of pulling up the pavers, putting in a soakwell etc etc. I'm dumbfounded. I thought they were concerned about their reputation. I would never do this to someone else.

Very poor service they told me it is normal to have water poring in through the front doors half way inside the shed wetting anything on the floor and won't return emails or phone calls
