We are thrilled with our new pool, our backyard has been transformed! It was such a pleasure to deal with the Future Pool Company team. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and delivered a great product. I can highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a pool.

I really wish i'd had a better experience with this company, unfortunately this was not the case. I engaged this company after reading the previous Google reviews and having no knowledge of other pool installation companies in Port Macquarie. The installation dragged on, as the contractors turned up quite late, if at all each day. Communication was also terrible! I can only assume they were running multiple jobs at once, unsuccessfully. That would be acceptable if the work was of a reasonable quality, it isn't! The concreting was terrible, the pool is out of level (apparently "within tolerances", although i doubt it), and they forgot to install an overflow, which resulted in the pool flooding and damaging the pavers! Now granted, Phil and his team has offered to "jack up" the low end of the pool and re-level, i declined! They did also come back and start to put an overflow in after the flooding, but unfortunately didn't return to finish the job so i finished it myself. Maybe my experience was the exception, so what i would say is if you are going to engage this company then it might be worth visiting some of their completed jobs to reassure yourself that your money is being well spent! Edit: By the way, the one star is for the pool shell, which looks nice!
Excellent service and delivery. I can very happily recommend Future Pools to anyone without hesitation. From day dot they have been terrific responding to our requests in a very timely manner. They got it pushed through council in record time! Cant wait for the end product in time for summer.
Phil and the team were an absolute delight to work with. They were able to get out to my place quick for an inspection and got me a quote right away. I wsa very impressed with the whole process. Now we have a new pool ready to enjoy all summer, thanks guys!
These guys were a tremendous help getting my pool installed. They helped every step of the way. From design down to landscaping. I now have a beautiful backyard because of it. I can highly recommend the Future Pool company to anyone looking to get a pool to brighten up their yard.
