Was told I needed to sign a document to have my credit score checked so I did and then without telling me applied for approval and wanted me to send him the information to accept without telling me the terms/rates or conditions and when prompted for this information still only gave me very limited information. I had to calculate the rates out myself which where 16% almost double what I was offered else where. When I questioned him I was told thats how it works but thats not whaat has happened with other brokers I've talked to.

Avoid the salesperson Jake Barnes, He is a bait and switch salesman that will use the fact you do not want to get multiple credit checks to leverage you into a deal you don't want by offering an enticing deal prior to the check then completely changing everything when you get the paperwork. Ethically bankrupt.
