If you are looking for a mentor you’ll be hard pressed to find better than Pete Ellis! Pete has added great value and support to my business. He’s a very genuine person, passionate about what he does and most importantly he cares about you and your business succeeding. Like any good mentor he knows his stuff but what you don’t know from the outside is he is very generous with his time and goes above and beyond, regularly offering calls and VC’s at an evening and on weekends to help your business keep moving forward. I have only been working with Pete Ellis as my broker mentor for a short period of time. I wasn’t sure what to expect however I am already super confident to say I could not want anything more from a mentor. First of all Pete is a really good person, easy to talk to and energetic. With his support in a short space of time I have been able to jump the chasm that is the broker residential loan process to the point where I feel confident that I have 85% of the process down pat. A broker mentor/mentee relationship has to be built on trust. The fact that Pete is totally ethical gives me a lot of confidence. With Pete there are no dumb questions even when you ask it twice. There is regular and consistent communication. On top of this when I call, text or email him with a question or problem he gets back to me in a timely manner.
