Shri Gurung

Very nice and clean. However wish there was a seperate classroom when the classes are scheduled. Price is very reasonable. The best about this centre is the instructor Sunny who is very good and he motivates and pushes really hard. He gives tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout.

good gym with good staff always greeting and treating every customer brand new. the space is decent however even tho it is a family based gym, would like to have a free bar to do deadlift or other bar related activities. only bars that are exist are the 10-20kg barbells. could also get packed around 5-6pm so the abs and stretching area is not large enough to accomodate. but, affordable and worth your money

Loved the gym. Friendly staff. Trainer Sunny is great, free classes for everyone. You can bring a friend if you pay for premium membership, still cheaper than most of the gyms. Best part is free massage chair :)

Good pricing, spacious , amazing staff and good quality gym equipment, overall very good however opening/closing hours can make it difficult to attend especially if you have work.. Only 3 days 24hours the rest is all over the place..

Great place, equipment is sufficient. Although it is getting quite busy and equipment availability is narrowed down due to this, can't complain as prices are very affordable. The biggest plus I reckon is the industrial fan they have which helps a lot because the air circulation is very efficient compared to many other places where the air flow is not as good. It helps the workout heaps especially when it was summer and if you are doing a big session. Definately a step up from how it previously was.

My local gym, Reasonably priced. They need to have more of Manual equipment than machines. I wonder what they did to the equipment they had in old gym
