I have been trying to call them even left text messages on the mobile number which was used to confirm the appointments but can't get through. I even made a visit on Sunday after checking their website which clearly suggested it was open but infact was closed found out after I reached the place. I don't know whats happening. The positive side is their herbal medicines which are quite good I don't know when will I get the opportunity to get it if I did will definitely stock up.

The doctors here are good.. They suggest lot of herbal medicines which was quite good... Tried the Salt therphy... The floating pod is in my next to do list..

Bought Groupon voucher in early Feb for float tank for me and my partner as we both have wanted to try this for a while. There was no availability in the week of 8th Feb (our anniversary) so I booked in the 24th Feb. Someone called us a day prior to say that the float pods got some issues and they will be fixing it next week but due to my availability I could not make that week so I had to reschedule it for the week after that (10th March which is today at 6pm). I got a text yesterday to confirm my appointment which I replied with 'YES' and got a confirmation text back. I rang the clinic today 3 hours before the session asking if I need to prepare anything for the float pods and the lady said "Oh let me check because I know that the tank got maintenance issues and we thought your booking was cancelled" and I just thought to myself "Not again". So she came back and advised that the pods are broken but they failed to advise me about this matter. If I didn't call 3 hours before the session, we would have turned up to the clinic feeling like complete idiots. This seems to be happening a lot with other reviews trying to book for the float tank and got the vouchers from Groupon. Maybe this either should be taken off Groupon or maybe stop offering service at discounted price so that the clinic can have enough money to fix the pods/get new ones or just don't offer this service at all.

had a very bad experience! They cancelled my appointment twice and when i tried to book another one the person i spoke with on call, Will, was incredibly rude! I am extremely disappointed. DO not go here. Their float tank seems to always be broken. I really hope I am able to get my refund through Groupon. They cancel appointments last minute... What a waste of my time! Moreover he hung up on my face!
