Had my first consult with Alicia the on-site Naturopath today! She was a gem! I learned so much in the short time we had together. I really look forward to my follow up! Linda was also so pleasant and approachable. I’m now a Go Vita member and can’t wait till I get the mobile notifications when there sales are on! So many great products in a very convenient location :D

Strange experience. Everything was priced with "member price" in large writing, and normal price so small I couldn't see it and had to ask. To 'encourage' you to join, I guess. The assistant was friendly & helpful (a smallish dark-haired young woman ). However, the other woman working there, older, thin with blonde hair (owner? naturopath?) gave me a filthy look as I tried to get to the counter (she was standing in front of it, now) and made an "eeww " sound at me, as if I was something very distasteful. Id drive the extra K's to Coffs Harbour, if I were you!

I had an extremely upsetting experience at this store this morning. It was soon after 9am. I attempted to open the front door which was closed. I did no realize that the doors are a sliding sensor door. There is nothing on the door that says "sliding door" for example. The door finally opened and I entered the store. I commented to the blonde female assistant " Sorry! Just realized it was a sliding door! I pushed it thinking it opened inward!" I said. "Yes the assistant said you almost broke it!" Her tone was scathing. I am a 63 year old woman with a back injury. I can assure you I am incapable of breaking a metal and glass door! Nor did she move her skinny, miserable ass to assist. I have worked in retail, I am a qualified natural therapist. I went into the store to but two lots of vitamins (80 odd) and a natural foundation, mascarra and body moisturiser. Needless to say I went elsewhere to spend my cash! Absolutely appalling and rude! Go to the health food store in coffs central! They are friendly and helpful!!!!
