Phone Shield has always been the greatest phone/laptop accessories repair shop I have been to. I have been going to this place for the past approx. 4-5years. Always received great/prompt honest service with sincere quality work, for long lasting repair. Also with easy quick repair always humbled to receive slight discount off recommend retail price. Although I am definite loyal and happy to take my phone and laptop straight to these guys to fix it. Definite agree with all those who recommend this place. HAVE NO CLUE WHY PEOPLE HAD ANY ISSUES. (maybe the phone screen broke after 3 weeks, because you dropped it on a hard surface) - I have not had one bad experience in anytime I have had to receive help from Phone Shield. DEFINITE GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT SINCERE HONEST HELP with prompt SERVICE. I really cannot rate this place higher. Very thankful I has been able to be a valued/happy customer. NEXT TIME YOU NEED SOMETHING FOR YOUR MOBILE OR LAPTOP, come and check it out - I am sure you will walk away WITH A GREAT DEAL and be HAPPY TO COME BACK AGAIN.

Molly and her team always provide great service to me and do quality repairs at a very reasonable price! I have used Phone Shield to repair my iPhones and computers for many years and have never had any problems with their work. I have noticed some negative reviews online, but quite honestly cannot understand why. I continue to recommend to my friends needing ANY repairs done

Fair prices on screen repairs and on cases. The lady there was quick to answer my questions. Repairs can be as quick as 45 mins for screens, if not longer. Overall not a bad place to go as its relatively cheaper than in Adelaide CBD

Terrible experience. They quoted me 150 but then new things kept arising and I ended up paying more than double that and I had to return it twice because basic software had not been installed and the computer didn't function properly. The tech ended up telling me to 'google it and download it off the internet because that's all I'm going to do'. Two weeks and over 300 later I still ended up spending two hours on the phone to customer support for my laptop to try to install missing drivers and software. Will definitely never return.

This is a very dodgy opetator. They charged me a lot for a screen repair that they said they glued on themselves and it cracked within 10 hours. They didnt honour the warranty because they said sonething must have pressed on the screen. Nothing had happened to the screen. The owner was completely unhelpful. The owner Molly wouldnt even tell me where she sourced the replacement screen, saying it was a secret. We effectively lost 150 overnight. This place is a scam.

Rang the listed number, was told by person 1 I shouldn't get a glass screen protector, I should come in and get a plastic one. I went in and they had neither, and was told by person 2 the glass one would be fine. Waste of time.
