Great communicator. Took in a computer that turned on though wouldn't show anything on a screen. Within 24 hours had diagnosed it and offered a free fix, a mid level fix and a proper fix and a new computer build option, all quality options and very well priced. Explained all of the options really well and did an incredibly quick job in having the new parts ordered and installed. Highly recommend.

I horribly smashed my iPhone 7 screen when I recently dropped it, and SORTD iT nailed the repair. Quick, affordable, excellent quality, and pleasant service. I saved money and the environment by repairing rather than replacing, and I swear my phone feels better now than before I smashed it! I’m very happy, I can’t think of anything that could have been better. Photos attached are before (with some clear tape over the worst bits so I didn’t get glass shards in my fingers ) and after the repair (amazing).
Joel was a fantastic help! He was able to very quickly recover my SSD from a broken laptop. He has saved me MONTHS of work. Friendly and knowledgable... even when I called him John several times. Will certainly know who to call for all my IT woes.

I had a laptop that broke the power button off the Motherboard and saw that Sortd It had repaired a broken Flash Drive. I was living in Albury but had to move out West, so I needed it quick and posted to a different address I didn't have at that time.
