I came today to purchase a suit for my wedding!! A young man named Nikita in the Cambridge formal wear section served me. He was very knowledgeable and so helpful. I didn't feel overwhelmed with the daunting task at hand!! He made the whole thing very comfortable and I was very impressed. Thank you

Regular purveyor of Click and Collect. Myer Hub is well signed and easy to find. Team members are willing to assist with a smile and old-fashioned chat.

It really is so nice when you visit a store and the staff are so engaging. Great value on the products I bought too.

Estee Lauder consultant that helped me on Sunday 11th April 2021, was excellent. Friendly and helpful, such a delightful lady. I will definitely go back!

Today I went to my regular Myer Perth. Had great experience at Aesop where a young man was so helpful not only with product knowledge but what would work best on my skin type. Then went to benefit and made multiple purchases before I went to the intimate section for woman. I grabbed a couple of bras to try on and headed to the change room. I was. Met by two older ladies that immediately told me that I would be larger than what I had grabbed and not the DD I was trying. I said I would like to try them on anyways and they told me it would be a “waste of time”. I tried one on and heard knocking at my door asking if she could come in to see the bra on, I said no as I think it fit properly but wouldn’t mind seeing the size up. She then replied that it’s her job to come in and I said I didn’t feel comfortable with it as I had a medical issue and that I was happy with how it fit. She then sighed and started to talk to her co worker about me. Then I asked to get one size up and replied with fine. She brought it back in a 32DD in a different colour even though I asked for a 34E. I asked her to get the right size in what ever colour they had available and she sighed again and started to be rude to me and I told her I was leaving and left. It’s a shame as one experience from one section completely changed my opinion on the whole of Myer. I was going to finish up my Christmas shopping there but have decided to go to David Jones as I was so embarrassed about how I was spoken to. Which is crazy as I am over 30 and don’t usually take it personally but was so shocked about my experience I had to write this.

The staff always eager to assist customers with a smile. I was searching for a bargain on a women's summer dress in the Dangerfield department, and was assisted by a lovely sales attend named Caitlin. She found me a nice dress at a great price.

Went to the store today to buy a creator Lego set and asked for it to be price matched. The store was a brick and mortar store in Melbourne. The lady behind the counter said they won't price match it. I asked why and then she preceded to tell me things that were not mentioned in Myers price match policy, and she was extremely rude and then said I couldn't buy it because I asked that she read the policy. Guess what, just went across the road and bought it from David Jones from a polite and courteous Lady that was nothing but helpful. David Jones prices guarantee is honoured without fuss. Myer needs to educate their young staff not to be arrogant.

Popped in as we were in the city. Its looking a little forlorn upstairs with prices displayed a little erratically. Got some fabulous gin glasses in the sale and the lady was very helpful. She had a particularly trying customer before us and handled her professionally. Bet she needed a gin after it!!
