As a plus size, fashion conscious woman, I honestly don't know what I would do without this Myer. I live in the Blue Mountains and this is the closest Myer to me and an absolute essential. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating, without ever being pushy or hard on up selling. The staff are also so knowledgeable about their products in a variety of departments. I can't recommend this store highly enough.

I lost my car key in Myer and I have never experienced such customer service in terms of the level of assistance they provided. The store manager came down to retrace my footsteps and to get CCTV to go through their footage of those areas to check where I might have lost it. Even had about 4 or 5 staff going through all the homewares stands, literally pulling everything apart to look for me. We didn't find the key in the end, but I am so grateful for the effort they put in. Thanks so much!
Probably the biggest Myer in Western suburbs, great brands, wide range, friendly staff and great service. Located within Penrith Westfield shopping centre which is a big shopping centre and home to many big brands under one roof.
Wow, a world of its great own! It has 3 levels of shopping, a cafeteria, toilets, dedicated lifts and escalators of its own, besides quality products.
Really wanted to buy a perfume, the tester bottle was empty and you could net get the full smell at all. No more testers were available so was a shame.
