If I could give them 0 star I would. Bought a brand new CR-V from them, it had scratches mark on the outside, colour was faded. When I picked up the car the sales person asked me to sit in in car so he could show me all the features so I didnt get the chance to check the outside of the car. When I contacted them they said they would polish the car and fix them for me but they neither polished it nor fixed the issues and they made excuses that it's a black colour, black colour do have this issues and blamed me that I should have checked the car before driving from their yards. I trusted them because it was a brand new car. These things should be covered under warranty. I contacted the Honda Australia, maybe they will help me if not I won't hesitate to take legal actions against them. That's not how a brand new car should be. Very disappointed.

Bought both our cars here and happy with the car and the purchasing experience. Rating two stars for the mechanical servicing of the car. I usually get my vehicle serviced in the city Honda service centre and they usually provide a slight car clean to go with the service. Getting a service from a dealership you would expect just that little bit more care as oppose to going to any other local mechanic. Was charged for an additional brake scan service that was not a part of the servicing schedule. I was not notified prior to paying and when I called up they said they would be happy to take this off the next service. That’s better than nothing, but a credit 6 months down the road for a fee that shouldn’t have been charged is a bit odd. Furthermore, my air conditioning is now not working and not blowing cold air. I am certain they will advise that the pollen filter needed to be changed as recommended, however the air con working prior to the service. I would have hoped they could have looked into this immediately as the service was just a couple of days ago but instead have had to make a separate booking. 2/5 stars as the car is running smoothly and they did what is required on the log book, but honestly not much. Will update when my AC is fixed
