The counter I specifically went in to go to was not staffed, but luckily a young woman from another counter was able to help me, and when we couldn't find it together she offered to call a staff member from the area and ask, as she wasn't familiar with the product herself. She was extremely helpful.

Myer in Parramatta Westfield offers the same shopping experience as any other Myer does. This is one of the medium-sized stores, but still offers plenty of shopping options for everyone. I would say the only thing that needs some work is its electronics section. Apart from that, shoppers will surely enjoy its frequent discount sales and promotions, especially the ladies.

I come here almost once a week and most staff are nice and friendly. Some rare occasions I met an annoyed staff or had to look for staff that were not behind the counter to pay. However overall shopping here is good. 3 stars.

Good selection and range. Wish they had more staff on because it's hard to find people to help. When you do find staff they are awesome. One less star for management. Hire more staff.

During sales event Myers is the best department store to visit. The quality products are reduced to great prices. You will be able top quality products at prices like KMART and Target. But better value and always better warranties. Good selections of products in a nice sized area. Beats running around a huge shopping centre going from store to store.

Covid safe, Not too many people shopping. Expect the usual fantastic range of top quality better-than-average merchandise at reasonable prices. Not the cheapest but you find the best brands here. We'll light out and play the of space to shop and avoid other customers. I found someone to serve me very quickly and she was absolutely lovely.

Sorry to say, but I had a very bad experience today ad at the hand bag store, the lady just told me thank you, you not worth it. I would ask Myer check history of my purchase history and then point it. I am so disappointed no more visit to Parramatta Myer store and I would highly request to Manager keep check service. Thank you so much
