Never been a fan of this outlet and today was no different. Took ages to find a sales person and when we did they had no product knowledge and informed me no one on site did. Second item same story. They are well stocked store with reasonable pricing. Just don't expect help

Great Service, even on returns a TV with an issue, exchange process was easy and when I asked test the exchange in store, it was no trouble. Thanks sales staff.

Staff do a great job here, the store is always really clean and staff are polite. My only “could improve” points- staff need to know products better. Especially computers and technology. Trying to find anyone who knew details about the cameras, audio equipment or computers is worrying. The staff I dealt with certainly had no issue with knowing their TV’s, games and movies.

What a customer service,I've experienced in this store. Actually I was going to buy a pixel phone as it was on a deal,though my Latitude card was not working and they couldn't verify the details since the connection was dropped with gem visa. Since it was the last day of the particular offer, I didn't want to miss the deal, so the guy helped me to put it on hold for the discounted price and let me buy it next day. I highly recommend this store.
