I saw Paddy giving insight on property market and helping people with his knowledge on the subject. I got in touch and it has been a great journey since. Paddy is a very knowledgeable and a through professional. We got an amazing service and always kept us informed in the whole process via SMS followed by an email. Paddy is very pro active not only help us with refinance but also associated insurance and stuff. Paddy at South East Wealth was extraordinary from the get go with his amazing knowledge and customer service. He called up for an initial chat and with such enthusiasm and customer service we knew we were in good hands. Paddy helped us with buying our first home and really listened to our needs and wants and found a home loan perfectly suited to us. He followed up with the bank and conveyancer and kept us updated on a daily basis with where our loan was sitting and made sure we had all paperwork filled out properly with correct details. With only a 30 day settlement, Paddy made such a stressful time for us, less stressful! Cannot recommend Paddy and South East Wealth enough!

Where do I even start to say how much I appreciate Paddy's help? This is not the first time I have used South East Wealth and again they did not disappoint - when they say they work 9am - 9pm .... no kidding! Paddy did all the leg work for me, comparing small and large lenders, looking for the best option, chasing the lender when they were dragging their heels (and there was a heap of dragging through this COVID pandemic). The online document sharing system they have is incredibly user friendly and easy, not to mention there is plenty of checklists so you don't miss a thing. Paddy has always been kind, funny, communicative and has kept me abreast every single thing which happened. Can not thank you enough! I definitely know who to call on again!!
