I have called them 3 times, dropped in once, sent an MMS with photos and the details of the job I need done. Nil response, nothing, lots of promises but nothing. Useless. When they did turn up all went well, good job well done
Most professional service from my initial meeting with the business owner to the superb work done by Tom at our home. Tom not only fixed two door locks but imparted so much of his experience and knowledge making me realise just how broad and demanding his profession is. I highly recommend the Allstrong Locksmith team for home and commercial needs, very quick and I was happy knowing my home is secure.

I submitted an online quote request (28/12/16) to have about 6 locks replaced or re-keyed and they called back almost immediately after hitting submit. They visited today (29/12/16) and completed all work in a friendly and efficient manner, price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them. Ryan was fantastic, thanks Ryan.
This is a long overdue review for an honest, friendly yet professional Locksmith service, never have I found a team who are not only prompt but clean up after themselves! Fantastic service. Phoned to make an enquiry and made appointment for 0800 following morning. Young Ryan turned up at the appointment time and was extremely polite and helpful. A quote was provided via email while Ryan was still on the premises. He then made an appointment for the same afternoon to carry out the work quoted. 45 minutes after he arrived, Ryan had completed all the work and even cleaned up after himself. What a lovely young man. Allstrong should be very proud of their employee and their level of service.
