Boxing Day Wednesday and a garage door stuck open? Good luck getting that fixed, right? After being told by several dealers and repairers that nothing could be done for at least another week, we tried Dan and he was here within the hour. Not only did he repair the door in double quick time, he also corrected several potentially dangerous installation issues left by the original installer. I had already been told that the lift motor was shot by another repairer, so it had been turned off for 16 months. When I asked Dan to replace it while he was here, he discovered that it had been badly installed and programmed. 15 minutes later he had it all working perfectly, and had saved me hundreds! Honest, attention to detail and willing to go the extra mile - why go elsewhere? Dan deserves and has earned my highest recommendation! No problem recommending him absolutely. Thanks again, Dan. Customer service isn't dead!

What a guy! I called Brett about our garage door. He did me (just a stranger) a massive favor saving us a heap of time and s. I won't disclose the details so as not to set him a precedent in his kind gestures, but suffice to say he's a great character willing to help out. Should we have any issues with our garage door in the future, we know who we will be calling.

On the Gold Coast there are two types on Tradies. There are the ones you make an appointment with and they don't bother to turn up. That's not the case with Brett from B & C Auto Doors. Brett rings you if the traffic is going to hold him up. He takes his work boots off when he enters your home, showing respect. His appraisal of our current garage roller door was honest and accurate. We replaced an old roller door motor with a new one (Merlin Brand). The old one was very noisy and shook the whole house. Brett explained that technology had improved and that we would be amazed at how noiseless the new door would be - that was the understatement of 2017 as the new door is nothing short of life changing!
