Great Service! Oven Fan Forced Element blew up on Tuesday this week, Ordered a replacement element on the web on Wednesday, the parcel arrived Today (Thursday) and cooked my dinner tonight. The website was easy to negotiate and informative. The price was a lot better than others on Ebay and the speed and efficiency of the info re the progress of the parcel accurate. I have never experienced better service EVER.

Excellent customer service. AusPost mucked up my delivery and Lauren from spare parts was incredibly helpful. She raised the issue with AusPost and gave me regular updates until the item was delivered. Would recommend. Awesome prices for a locally stocked item.
The website made it easy to find the element I needed. It came two days later, shipped with Aust post. It was stamped with the same manufacturer logo as the one the old one, so obviously a genuine part. The oven is working again. All good!
