Knowlegdable manager of store regarding mattresses and beds but very patronising and condescending way of talking to customers and her staff. Price was similar to other stores near OMF but chose not to buy from OMF because of the service from the manager. It is also helpful when a customer gets at least one encouraging smile.

I wish I never walked in! Poor customer service and very rude staff. I have never seen such crapy sales people with alttitude. Lighten up, u r in the customer service business, if you dont like it, quit your job and work somewhere else where there is no customer contact. I heard there is shortages in mining. If I was the owner of this store, I would sack those so called sales people that worked on saturday 11/11. Fyi! I took my business and bought from your competitor
