If you want any form of support or customer care, then do not use this company. I called for support for an ongoing problem with an LG ducted unit which was installed when they were "Thermal Air". Due to a "change of computer" they couldn't tell me what unit had been installed. Of most concern was the fact they had no interest at all trying to assist. The receptionist was rude and completely uninterested in my problem. When I offered to pay for a tech to attend i was told they couldn't assist for "at least two months" so all they could suggest was calling LG support. They simply washed their hands of the problem and now i'm somehow forced to find a solution. So much for supporting a local business, spend your money elsewhere.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. I feel like fire place sales are forgotten about and not cared about. Several issues, wouldn't reply to emails, spent weeks trying to get a return phone call, all for a dismissive and rude response from the manager. They gave me the wrong flu (one of several issues), when I called to ask why it didn't match the fire place, I was told that they only come in silver... they then admitted to giving me the wrong box... this was the mamager, and his excuse was that he wasn't the fire place guy. Don't waste your money, time or sanity.
Very rude receptionist that works over in orange. I will be letting local people know not to deal with aircon from Orange So they don't have to encounter what I did yesterday, she made a mistake, behaved like it was me then was "emotional" when I had to change it to another date
Installation guys did a fantastic job. No complaints there. However, we were quoted on the latest release model, but they installed the previous generation (older model) and didn't tell us. I discovered this by accident, but I'm betting they didn't think I'd notice. I sent three emails to three different people asking why this happened. No response. A week later I got the invoice for remaining payment. They still had the new more expensive model listed on the bill. So I called them and only then did they say that there was no stock of the new model. They admitted they should have discussed installing the older model. And finally they gave me a couple of hundred dollars off. I'm certain that if I didn't call them, they certainly wouldn't have discounted the bill. Be wary and always check what you're agreeing to get installed with this company.

Really bad after sales service and support. I would not recommend purchases from this business. Spend your money more wisely.
Fantastic customer service from both the office and the technician. My aircon was fixed very quickly and the technician was super knowledgable answering all my questions
After paying for a poor effort at cleaning our heater in our old house, we were chased by the company for an outstanding debt. When my wife produced a receipt to show that we paid in full, she was initially accused of forging it.
