The grass on the Bayview road sidewalk has over grown and needs to be trimmed. We don't feel safe walking there.

The road services are very poor in Cardinia council. There are many pits in the Officer station streets.The weeds along Bayview road pedestrian are overgrown and there is no space left along the pedestrian to walk. It's not safe to walk there. I am wondering if the council cares about safety of the community? We as rate payers pay a lot each year to the council but we don't get the deserved service.
Rang cardinia council lady extremely rude and very lazy , asked her a question with the response to get on the website and you will find the information there. You could save money by just having a recorded message saying this as she knows and does nothing. Glad to see our rates are being used in a useful manner.
I've lived within the Cardinia Shire district for 5 years now and have received great customer service, time and time again. I've now moved to a different council area but would like to thank the council members on their great customer service :)
Rude staff. Asked to speak to someone else other than the rude person at reception to be put through to Rates area to get someone even ruder. Didn't want to even listen to me. If I spoke I was told to stop speaking over her. Queried why I have not received my rates notice in the mail 2 years in a row to be told it's my responsibility to follow up my rates.
They fined me for parking in my driveway then wouldn’t answer the phone x3 ... didn’t return calls. Went in person with my daughter and the fine notice and they refused to deal with it. Its issued by this council and they won’t deal with it. So what am I supposed to do?
Giving 1 star as I am unable to give zero. Many issues, waiting time on the phone is very very long, and when you get through they have a habit of cutting you off. Out of the blue I received a letter for a debt collection agency stating we have not paid our rates. I had called numerous times to set this up on the house we are having built. They repeatable sent the bill to a plot of land we are building on. However did send the debt collection letter to the address we wanted the rates sent to! I complained about this, and the reply was just a list of calls i made. Not addressing why things went wrong. Also the rates are very very high, for an appalling service. I believe the area is growing faster then the council can manage. And don't get me started on attempting to order a dust bin!
appalling service.. our road has not been graded for over 2 months, and is pretty well undrivable... been complaining for over six weeks, still not done after numerous assurances would be attended to... its unsafe and ridiculous!!!
