Dropped my Breville coffee machine that had let me down after less than 12 months to be repaired under warranty. After nearly 3 weeks I had to call as there was an unbelievable lack of communication and I was told the machine had not been touched. The service I experienced here was extremely poor. Had I been contacted at some point, it may have turned out better but this was not a good experience at all.

Each time they've had what I needed and at the best price. They're attitude to wanting to help has been genuine every time.
