4 years ago, from the previous owners of the business, we had a tailor made pol cover made for our above ground pool to reduce leaf litter and chlorine absorption. The cover over time had started to disintegrate through sitting in chlorinated water, so needed to replace it. We contacted the new owners of OASIS, Lennart and Kelly Schultz, who blew us away away with their immediate response during the Christmas period, and quoted us a very fair replacement cost for a new cover (choice of colors - blue and green). Throughout the entire enquiry period, they were in contact with us via SMS, and although they estimated an installation date toward end of January, the cover was installed on Monday 19/1 - 10 days ahead of schedule. Both Lennart and Kelly were very friendly, highly professional and extremely courteous during the entire process. Lennart gave us some great tips as to how to preserve the cover, by ensuring it stayed above the level of the water, by using floatation devices to provide a buffer between the two. I have attached a photo showing the newly installed pool cover. We would be more than happy to act as a further referee in need Our thanks and appreciation again to you both. Lennart recently installed over new pool cover. He comes and cuts it to fit exactly, and the quality and workmanship is excellent. The quote and installation were all done quickly, and he shows you through the dos and don'ts. The cover has been excellent in terms of reducing evaporation and keeping debris and dust out of the pool. Very highly recommended.
