Got to this apartment and they had changed our location. No pre knowledge of this happening and when phoning they just say bad luck. Disgusting service

This property uses a third party managing agency. Newcastle Executive Appartments(so they say). Be cautious of this property. Payment method is dodgy. No refund available in any way. Codes sent for access were incorrect. One worked others didn't. Parking was restricted even though extra cost. Contacted agent to cancel. Basically said I was lying on our issues. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
