Check on was great. I arrived very early and got my room. It is spacious and quite. The only problem is that the internet nearly exists.
Room is full of cockroaches. Disgusting....Informed the duty manager and the manager house keeping about the issue and requested them to spray insecticide. No action was taken on our first request. Literally have to force them to do the needful. I would stay away from this property.
I would not recommend staying here. The room stunk of smoke, was set to a nice freezing temperature for me in winter, not a bottle of water in sight and the iron had a nice big brown something stick to the bottom!!
Great. Service room and location. Room clean. Linen clean although beds leave a little more comfert to be desired. Lift was great although you might have to change lifts to get from floors to basement.
Affordable and clean. Staff were super helpful.
The evening receptionist is amazing. She deserves a raise. She fully accommodated all queries while booking and was extremely helpful for me and my wife, especially in a hard quarantine situation. I feel if proper guidelines for quarantine check in are put in place, this place is no less than a home away from home.
