Business needs to move into the twenty first century as a customer for over 20 years robot should spend less on advertising and more on staff manners and service ,as you wate at the front counter continually ignored and have to ask for service! Ware house and show room dimly lit also needs a good sweep and dusting, Warehouse staff hard to find and slow to process orders

Wanted to buy Colourbond sheet and flashing to match existing roof. Asked for Colourbond in Basalt, rather than telling me that they don’t sell Colourbond the sales guy said it’s called Basal. Assumed I’d had the wording wrong I purchased the Basal has it cut then realised it is not the same colour as my original roof. Waste of money had to throw it in the bin. Should have been honest and told me they don’t sell Colourbond they only stock a cheap version with colours that do not match.

The sullen, downtrodden staff here look like they're working in soviet Russia. The building supplies are cheaper than bunnings by a fair bit though
