Amazing place to go even if you don’t understand much of what you’re looking for. Karl has time and time again provided amazing service no matter how basic or complex the question. If Karl doesn’t know about something, it doesn’t exist. Great atmosphere!

A great big thank you to Dekota, Jamie and a few other staff we had the pleasure to deal with just recently! We initially purchased a Sony tv and had a couple of issues that the team talked through with us very patiently. Even though we had to ultimately return this particular tv and purchased a Samsung instead (still with JB) the staff were only too pleased to exchange and went above and beyond in providing us with exceptional customer service...Thank you, Barbara and Bryan Graves By the way the new tv is up on the wall and the picture quality is amazing!
