DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH STAFFORD'S BRIGHTON. We had our stairs quoted to get the same floor boards done up the stairs that we had carpets on previously. Everything went really well until installation day. The trades person seemed to work in such a hurry and before we knew it there was also a cheep and nasty floor bead put on? Not once was it discussed that it was our responsibility to get a Carpenter out to remove the cornicing for flooring to be installed. So that they did not have to cut into our existing cornicing. When I contacted Chris the owner go discuss the issue he made it seem as if it was our fault for not knowing this. Now I'm not the flooring professional, you are Chris and your sales representative should have given us the option. Now not only was our walls damaged and glue messed on the new floor, shortly after we noticed that the boards on the stairs was also pulling apart and once again... Not your fault, now it's the manufacturer (and I won't go into any detail as to the stories around this issue between manufacturers and suppliers and all the nonsense stories you gave around this issue). It almost took over 10 months for the stairs to be fixed. We where also not told that the flooring will sit flush with the wall and will have gaps. There is just a list of issues. Please make sure if your thinking of using this company. They are not professional and their customer service is horrible.
