Called to get advice regarding an employment matter. I was provided with detailed advice and information on services provided, as well as different option to me and the prices. Extremely helpful and patient with me as I have no knowledge of this area. I ended up engaging their services and found communication to be great, I was constantly updated on what was happening and they provided me with great legal advice on each step that needed to be taken and explained it clearly to me in a way I could understand. Rang twice, asked to speak to a certain someone, left contact details on both occasions and over 3 weeks no phone call from anyone, until I rang a third time which a lady wanted to get my details and make it a hat trick detail collection callback. The lady I spoke to wanted to request more details about the matter and play the middle lady messenger girl. Explaining the details about the matter for a third time was highly undesirable from already explaining and requesting callbacks previously to this communication. If I was a high paying client for their services I would have been attended to promptly and like I was important.
As a Katrina‘s’ customer, I am very satisfied with her. I unfortunately carried two serious charges from the police, but the fact is not what the police imagined. After consulting three law firms, I chose Katrina. I like her speech to be measured. I don’t like the other lawyers to say the highest punishment to scare me. Some lawyers have lived for so long and don’t know how to make money. When Katrina called me for the first time, she told me that she had read my case seriously. She gave me legal advice, so that I clearly understood what I should choose, only be on the phone for 50 minutes.,The choice made is the innocence defense. Some lawyers directly tell me to write down plea guilty, deceiving me because I have no criminal record, so that I can get the judge’s leniency and confess me as a fool and asked for an hourly consultation fee of 750 Australian dollars, but the 50-minute explanation that Katrina gave me was free,While working with her, I saw that she was really serious and very polite. She wrote a clear outline and handled the details well. She was young, but she was also professional. Her appearance is also very good, very beautiful, well dressed, and it is very pleasant to go to court with her, because if you go to the court, you will see that some lawyers are not like a lawyer at all. I know that I will win, because I believe that Katrina is an excellent female lawyer who combines beauty and wisdom. The judge sees such a beautiful smart lawyer will give me forgiveness. Finally, I would like to say that lawyers are expensive anyway. It is better to find a professional lawyer who really thinks for the customer, rather than a lawyer who only wants to scare people.
