The quarter of the fuel tank for a new car that is worth 30000 is pretty poor customer service. The accountant was very shrewd, and he said finance was from Toyota finance and at last finance came from Torque Finance which I have unheard of. I had two cars paid off with Toyota finance in the past, and I told the accountant in the first place that my records should be with Toyota finance. Communication with the accountant was very poor; they double-dipped the jobs to other mushroom finance companies. Inferior customer service never recommends this place to anybody.

Superb service from beginning to end. I always like to leave a review good or bad and in this case it's all good. Shaurya was excellent and assisted me in buying the right car for my family. Never pushy and genuinely sincere in his business approach. All aspects of my car purchase went extremely well. Thanks to the whole team (Donna & Shaun) at Mitsubishi I am now the proud owner of a fabulous Outlander. A credit to superb customer service. Definitely recommended.

Avoid if possible. Agreed on a deal after 2 days of negotiations... paid the deposit as they requested on the phone. Was told the car will land and be ready in March so I started lining up the aftermarket accessories. Also as im having a child in few weeks the timing would be perfect, especially knowing i won't need to keep looking, its a big load off my shoulder. The day after the deposit was placed, they called back and said they made a mistake and can no longer honour the deal...... blamed everything on the new sales rep... Even if some sort alternative solution or offer was given other than just the rrp drive away price was offered it would have at least soften the insult a bit less

Servicing area is great - very professional and have had good experiences for the 10 years they've been servicing my Pajero. HOWEVER, visited recently to trade in my Pajero for a new or used Mitsubishi and the salesperson was the worst I've encountered in years! Sloppily dressed and didn't know the product. He had a 'trainee' badge on so maybe it was his first day, but he was just terrible. Took a test drive and he couldn't explain even the basic functions of the vehicle. He also told us we would not get 'anything' for our trade in. Didn't have the courtesy to acknowledge we had been loyal service customers for 10 years. Anyway, we ended up buying a Subaru from Capital Subaru in Fyshwick and very pleased with that experience!

I have hammered my base level Triton out bush and need it to be reliable. I am not sure what the mechanics do here all I know is my base level ute runs great (if slightly under powered). I have found the service department to be competent, reasonable priced and on time. Hope this review helps someone.

Purchased new gls triton. Happy with the car and service from the sales team. The car had less than a quarter tank of diesel when I picked it up. Not really acceptable when you spend 52,000 on a new car. Spoiled the experience for me and should be a warning to others. Not good business sense to annoy a good customer for a small amount of money.
