Amazing customer service from start to finish. Dale was amazing and extremely helpful and all the other staff who helped along the way as well. From my first phone call to the first service of my new ASX the service has not wavered. Will happily recommend Bendigo Mitsubishi to anyone.
I previously had my car serviced elsewhere but now only trust the team at Bendigo Mitsubishi. Having now had my car service by the team at least twice, I couldn’t be happier and feel comfortable I am driving a safe and reliable car. All the service team are friendly, polite and helpful.
2nd time with dealing with Mitsubishi Bendigo and honestly would not go anywhere else they where patient and understanding of circumstances and did everything in there powers to help and always friendly and can have a joke but always retaining there professional image. Hayden was awesome in explaining everything and new a lot about the car and also giving me a fair trade in with reasons behind the offer. Matt was fantastic in trying to do everything he could for me and giving me a lot of advice 100% recommended
