They didn't have what I wanted on display. Store is rather cluttered. There was pleasant reception at the entrance but after that I had to work to get any attention as staff seemed very focussed on computer data entry, and didn't acknowledge my presence until I interrupted them. I was kept standing while my enquiry was lengthily processed and finally chose to sit down myself by clearing stuff off a chair. Repeatedly, staff moving furniture brushed past me very closely without so much as saying "excuse me". Trivial maybe but signs to me that customer focus is lacking, and staff are running the store to suit themselves. Management might like to consider a bit of re-education. Local businesses are competing with cheaper online sources and should be aware of what factors give them an advantage, if they choose to exploit them. I am unlikely to return to this store.

We highly recommend Betta Electrical Narooma. Liz, Julian and their staff were extremely helpful to us when choosing the best TV for our requirements. The assistance provided included patience with us when we changed our minds - twice! The advice we received was excellent, pricing very competitive and delivery and installation was on time and extremely efficient and courteous. You really can’t go past them for service. You won’t be disappointed and it does pay to shop locally.
