I don't like searching for customer service people. Sometimes you literally have to stalk one down every time. Be more proactive. Some people know exactly what they want, but can't locate it within your menagerie of signage and hot price tags.

Excellent experience at JB Hi-fi Narellan, took the call from to check for stock or a particular phone, checked said stock, put aside the last remaining one, and then took the time to set up the phone plan, all the while keeping a solid level of professionalism despite the construction work going on in the shop! Stellar job.

Great store very well looked after and clean. Great prices. If only they would have afterpay or open pay etc. More customers would love to shop there. Covid safe is good.

It can get busy in this store, meaning it may take awhile to be served when the shop floor is full. So it's a good idea to walk in already knowing what you're wanting to buy so you can walk straight to the service counter and request what you want. Always friendly staff though.

Had wonderful help from Moreen today. I have been looking at a Canon G7X Mark 2 for sometime and she was incredibly helpful explaining the benefits of this camera for what I wanted to shoot. I walked out one satisfied customer. I wish more people were like Moreen she is pretty awesome!

Friendly staff and great pricing. They always seem to be decently stocked. I would highly recommend the Narellan store over the Macarthur Square store (Macarthur JB is possibly the worst run store I have ever been to with a single focus on profits rather than service).

Security chatting with their mates at the entrance, blocking access for customer entry, unable to stay the required 1.5m away due to this.. Upon walking to the exit to leave the security was over-eager to stick their nose into my bag, checked my receipt and proceeded to shove the receipt back into my face when they realised there wasn't anything in my bag that there wasn't supposed to be.. Doubtful I'll be visiting again..
