Great team from start to finish these guys offered solutions and steered us in the right direction. This team was not only great to work with they completed the whole job I had no need to bring in other trades they did everything and made it all hassle free for us. The completion of our new pool revealed the professionalism in every aspect of the job. We have since built a relationship there pool shop and the staff are also very helpful and only all too happy to help. We highly recommend Narellan pools Dubbo.

Couldn’t have been happier with the service I received today. The staff not only helped me know what to do to get my pool clear & safe for the kids to swim in, but also took the time to teach me about my pool & how to manage it. They didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need & I left feeling so glad that I went in to get their help. Well I visited seven weeks ago. Spoke to a girl about my pool problem. Asked for a quote. She took all my details and wrote them down. I also asked about a robot. Which I eventually bought from them a week ago. Happy with that robot. However when I was there buying the robot I asked when was someone coming out to do the quote. She looked for my details and couldn’t find them so took them again and told me there is a delay on quotes. Hmm ok. Lost my details weeks before. No call, no attendance...... So now weeks later still no call or attendance and decided ok I’m going over on Saturday. Got there at 11.50am this morning. They shut at 12! It was all dark inside and locked up. But the young girl shrugged her shoulders at me when I questioned being closed and she nodded yes!! Not even midday!! Really? So couldn’t wait ten minutes so I could ask about my quote..... again... which would make it the fourth time and get my pool water tested!! Anyways I give up! Will go with other pool quote from other pool company! Over it. Oh and the products I needed from my pool water test I ended up buying at Bunnings where I got my pool water tested so you lost my money on pool products all because you wanted to shut the doors early and go home! Not at all good customer service imo.
