My mum & I went to Indooroopilly just to have a browse. I liked a particular lipstick & the staff member held it for me so I could take a pic of the colour. Also knowledgeable when it came to Afterpay info. Staff member at the Chanel counter was so nice...chatted to her for close to an hour & she was happy to spray all the different Chanel No.5's onto tester cards for my mum - it's her fav & didn't know there were several in the range.

The team at Myer were super helpful and friendly on the counter serving me. Whilst I didn't need any help finding items to purchase they were rushed off their feet. Polite, helpful and very lovely. Thanks ladies!!

A senior staff member served me and she was excellent - top notch service. However, lost a star due to no more stock of Socks that were on special - (three pairs for 20). I did however manage to get the other items that were on special and in the size and colour range I wanted.

Picked up some great offers over the past 2 weekends. Some at 50% off. The staff on 3rd Floor is amazing in making it work for you and even assisting you in making an "informed" purchase. The bloke had been with the same store for 25 years and it was amazing to see his expertise on every part of the store - Electronics, Manchester or Cookware alike including pricing, discounts and working/use. He opened all crockery, checked each piece and packed again giving me assurance that the package was perfect and not damaged in anyway. Will revisit again for sure!

Great shopping centre with good parents rooms and lots of good cafes to choose from. Very family friendly.

Big store but signing on discount and sale lines post covid budget needs are confusing. The store is still trying to live up to past glories and are neither past glory or modern attractions. This makes it hard to spend more money than what we went in for.
