My Korean school has helped me improve my understanding of all aspects of Korean in such a short period of time. After self-studying Korean for a year I found that attending classes has aided me in comprehending the smaller nuisances of Korean that can be easily missed when learning by yourself. My ability to speak and listen has also drastically improved. Jacky is very encouraging and friendly so you feel very supported and confident, even as a beginner. My Korean School focus on language acquisition in a multifaceted way that is far superior to standard schools that put too much emphasis on route learning. I look forward to continuing my learning at My Korean School.

I have been attending the classes at MKLS for eight months and I have no regret choosing the school for the purpose of improving my Korean Language. The classes conducted are very professional, yet entertaining and lovely. Teacher Jacky is one passionate and kind teacher, her method of teaching and encouragement makes us understand the materials easily. Through the classes, I have also met a group of classmates who share the same passion in learning. Thus, it’s very fun to communicate with them while as the same time, practising the language. I would definitely continue my study at the school to learn more.
This is the second school I have attended to learn Korean and it is the best. The level test was great at telling me which level I would suit, the text books used are very detailed and outlined great in class. Our teacher Jacky is very helpful and has a great attitude in class. My Korean School has handled the challenge of going online very well and classes are run smoothly. I highly recommend this school if you are looking to not only learn to speak Korean but read and write, as well as learn about culture!
I’ve been studying here for about a year now and time has flown by! The learning content is relatable, enjoyable and also beginner friendly. The length of the class is perfect enough to practice and obtain information. It truly benefits being in a learning environment and speaking with a native teacher. Very welcoming and great learning atmosphere! It was my first time signing up for a Korean language class and it had exceeded my expectations. Teacher Jacky is a kind, encouraging and patient teacher who guides her student's learning well and is very down-to-earth. Along with learning language, you get to learn about the Korean culture as well which is great! I have been learning from MKLS since December and have made it to the second book thanks to the help of Teacher Jacky!
I joined My Korean Language School about a year ago and throughout my time there I have felt some welcomed as part of this learning community. The staff are professional and personable, and are completely accommodating to all learning levels. Jacky Kim is a wonderful teacher, who is always super prepared for all lessons, and always willing to find the perfect answer my random questions about Korean language. A perfect place for beginners and experienced learners of the Korean language.
Perfect for beginners! After only 3 months I was able to read and write the korean language from the coursework that was provided to me. The interaction in class is very dynamic and the teacher students interactions are fun and enjoyable. I would definitely continue with this language school to improve my skills in the Korean Language.
I've attended one term here and I can't wait to start term 2. The classes are fun and interactive so learning doesn't feel monotonous. Other than textbook material, I've also learnt more about the Korean culture during class thanks to my teacher. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to learn Korean as they are very accomodating and flexible with their classes.
