Lovely place and lovely owner doing his best to help. Many thanks. My son was over the moon with his new amp.

Ive been to this shop once and the staff was really nice. I was just a beginner and I was renovating an old guitar I have receive from a friend and they told me everything I needed to know about getting the right strings since I had no idea there were different types of strings. They r very helpful and know what they r talking about. 100% recommend this shop

BEWARE... This company will do anything to get out of taking an item back. Purchased on eBay, however the item wasn't fit for purpose. I was happy to send it back, pay for return postage, it was as new, manuals still sealed, used for an hour, but seller simply refused to return the item. Didn't ask me about condition, nothing, just closed the return case. I Ordered the time Monday, and they didn't get it posted until Friday. Probably the slowest turn around I've seen in years for an eBay seller. In fact it wasn't until I asked for a tracking number that they posted the item.. I wonder if they forgot about it? Who knows. If you read thru the negative reviews below, you'll see the common trend of evading returns. I left feedback on eBay but they had it removed. I would never deal with a company who has this policy of 'once you buy it, it's yours'. It appears this is their attitude... and it's not hard to see this common theme throughout their reviews.

Very poor service and rude staff. The prices in store were completely different from on the website. When I asked why it was different, the answer I received was the shortage of staffs to update the information. One more thing, when I recognized the price difference and started checking again on the store's website, one guy seems like the boss asked me to get out of store. Never experience this situation before. Meanwhile, I came to Bavas Music City after leaving the store and had a very exellent service. Absolutely, I bought an acoustic guitar with affordable price. At least, the price was the same as on the their website and they offered a lot of discounts. Do not blame for the pandemic, while so many stores across NSW still keeps the same price and offer customers the best services. Never come to the store again and not recommend to other people
