Polite and prompt service. The sales person even chatted to our 3 year old grandson after he picked out a ukelele for himself.

These guys are superb. The Dynamic Duo who actually help you out and give you outstanding advice , not some bullshit others would tell you because they want to make money, these guys are bang for the buck, will recommend the best of the best in your price range. I recommend this place, hit them up ASAP ROCKYYYYYYYYYYYY !!!!! DUDES TAUGHT ME HOW TO PLAY A KAZOO THAT I BOUGHT TOO

Bought a guitar from here a couple of months ago, its working wonderfully! They have a good variety/collection of everything and the prices are reasonable too. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend visiting :D

Seems like a good little find. Friendly staff, good range of equipment and reasonable prices. Worth a vist for any budding guitarist.

A shop that will order a guitar for you (that they don't have in stock), but won't let you play it before you commit to buying it. Not even with a deopist, or having paid for it in full. So basically, they will take your money for thin air. Hilarious. Good shops will take a deposit, order in a new guitar for you, let you try it out, and refund your deposit if you don't like it. Better still, shop online for much less and use Paypal.

Very disappointing, I recently bought a fender squire that was 'brand new' and 'had only just been delivered' when I got home I noticed that the pick-guard was all scratched up and had fingerprints and hair all over it. They had lied and sold me the floor stock. Overall unhappy with how unprofessional and deceptive the staff are and would not recommend any guitarist of any skill purchasing a product from here. I have also attached a photo of my 'Brand new' guitar showing one of the many chips in the pickguard
