Paid 300 up front for coffee pods, hot choc, powered milk and consumables with a promise the machine would be configured, set up and sent out in 14 days. over a month later I am still awaiting delivery of the coffee vending machine. Despite Customer service assurances that the machine would be shipped on particular dates, the coffee machine wasn't shipped. The whole Blue Pod experience has left a bitter taste in my confidence and a big hole in my wallet. Would I ever deal with Blue Pod again?... NO! Will i ever see my 300 again?... who knows, but i'm not holding my breath! ... Anybody want to buy some cheap Lazzara coffee pods and consumables? The picture shows our brand new coffee vending machine, a little beauty isn't it?... or should I say this was where our brand new coffee machine was planned to be.
Very disappointed as we have been dealing with this company for approx 10 years. Their customer service has become non existent and slow to respond. We are still waiting for a coffee delivery that has been missing for over 2 weeks and with next to no help from customer service. We have now sent our machine back and will not be dealing with Blue Pod again.
We've been using this company for over a year now and must say they've always provided a great service with our regular capsule and accessory orders arriving on time everytime. More importantly our customers love the quality of Lavazza coffee and visit us regularly in part because we offer a free coffee to those who'd like one, we even offer takeaway for those in a rush. WE FIRMLY BELIEVE HAVING THIS MACHINE HAS INCREASED OUR SALES! Lastly, due to the number of coffees we make per day for our customers, our machine literally wore out. We contacted Nicole at Bluepod and had a brand new replacement machine delivered with a few days, next day the technician was on site to set it up for us. If you're in business and love your customers, get one of these machines in your shop, you'll never look back. Thanks Bluepod, you guys rock!!
Would not recommend this company. I have bought my coffee from this company for last 4 years, however since they have changed owners customer service is appalling. Waited 10 days for my coffee order to arrive. Spoke to customer service, was told they would follow up with Fastway. Four days later still no coffee and no follow up phone call. I called back to speak with manager was told he would call me back. Still no coffee or no explanation why my coffee has not arrived. Don’t use this company, bad idea!!!

I love the coffee from Blue Pod! I was not a big coffee drinker but that all changed since I found Blue Pod Coffee a few years ago. Their Maxi Aroma Top offers authentic taste of Italian coffee. Blue Pod’s customer support staffs diligently attend to every order, and most of my parcels were delivered the next day (from Melbourne to Sydney). I definitely recommend Blue Pod Coffee to any coffee lovers for their coffee taste, price and customer service.
Have been purchasing coffee for over 6 years from this company the last 12 months cannot get to oder leave messages that take weeks to return if at all sent emails that dont get answered get you act together blue pod as i am now looking elsewhere .
