I purchased a brand new FED freezer on March 1st 2021 for our business in South Australia and got to our Cellar Door and it did not work. I rang tech support and followed their instructions and they said i need a tech out to fix it. FED would not send a tech out to a brand new customer with a brand new freezer that did not work from the start unless i signed an agreement with a whole range of exclusions that said i could be charged for (on the brand new 3 hour old freezer). I completely disagreed to sign this given the unit was 3 hours old, i had spent 2600 on it and their own tech support said i needed a tech out to fix this. The customer service of this place from my experience is absolutely pathetic, and i will never purchase another one of FED equipment again. As a customer you should not be held to ransom to sign a form that you completely disagree with on a brand new piece of equipment that does not work from the first moment to be able to get it fixed! The only way a tech eventually came out 30 hours later was because the catering supply company i purchased this from ( Who are great people) took on the responsibility of signing these forms to ensure it was resolved for me. FED should have done that. On top of this, there was screws holding down the condenser missing (which the tech fixed), as well as a bolt on the compressor loose, which still is loose as the tech who came out said it must have been crossed threaded from the factory as the captive nut just spins. In my experience, this company does not deserve 1 star, and the customer service does not either. From my experience i would Proceed with absolute caution, or even better, go somewhere else. i will update my review if anything changes to be fair to everyone.

Instead of a grill F.E.D sent me 3 kitchen sinks. I was assured the correct item would be dispatched immediately and the courier would pick up the sinks when he dropped off my grill. They picked up the sinks the next day but my grill did not arrive. They hadn't send it at all and several phone calls later i leared they are retrieving my goods rather than just sending another grill as promised. It may take another week or so. The many bad reviews they have are well deserved i feel

I ordered from petra catering equipment, i have to pick my machine from FHE, both company is very unprofessional and unreliable as well as the fact that they didn't even guarantee my product even after i paid for it, and i had to ask multiple times for my tracking number. The description of the machine was 10L but instead i got a 2.5L machine bowl in an icecream machine AT THE PRICE OF 3000. They refused to call me back in regard of my money back and they scammed me in hopes of a good machine to help me in my business. I am very unsatisfied as my business is at stake because of their unprofessionalism

I unfortunately purchased FED equipment from a Silverchef sale contrary to our NO FED EQUIPMENT company policy, it seemed like a good deal at the time but once again has come back to bite us. The product was fixed once under warranty. I recently contacted Spare parts to get parts for a Pasta Boiler, one of the parts was the part that was replaced under warranty. It has been 4 weeks from my initial contact with the company and I still don't have the spares. If you need catering equipment that doesn't let you down choose another brand.

left numerous messages when no1 will get back to you, and when you call and follow there prompts on the phone you and u want to speak to service department you get the front desk and they will put you on hold for 15 to 20 minutes, and then line will just hang up.Very frustrating.

I purchased a two door bench fridge, and I am very happy. The price was good and it looks and works great. I dealt with the sales person Mario he was great and very patient as I changed my mind a dozen times haha. He even followed up a few months after I bought it just to make sure I was happy, I would definitely recommend!!!
