I contacted MTA for a pre-purchase inspection on Wednesday and by 9:30am Thursday the inspection was done and I had the full comprehensive report. Then I received a follow up call from Ray who was the attending mechanic to see if I wanted to discuss any of it further. So much better than inspecting myself and saved me 1/2 day in driving and hiring a car. Super prompt and excellent service. I'll be recommending.

MTA vehicle inspections did an inspection on a 2003 hilux for me. The feedback I received was top quality and the car was given a very thorough look over as seen by the 45 page report with pictures and explanations on every aspect of the car that was checked. Highly recommend this company for vehicle inspections

I cannot stress how impressed I am with the team at MTA. From Ray to Carmela and Jason my inspector. Got in touch with MTA for an urgent pre - purchase vehicle inspection the day before. Carmela and Ray where an absolute pleasure to deal with over the phone. It's nice actually having someone to chat and speak to. They where flexible, and more importantly understanding especially given the circumstances of buying a used vehicle. Next day, just as planned Jason gone ahead and inspected the vehicle. He spent over 90 minutes, checking every detail of the vehicle and provided one of the most comprehensive and detailed reports I've ever seen. Truly appreciate the service and quality these guys provide. I'll definitely be using them again for future vehicles and recommend them to anyone who's after genuine, trustworthy and friendly service. Most importantly a peace of mind for your new vehicle. Excellent service, well worth the extra you pay for their vehicle inspection service. Ray was professional and friendly. He spent over 2 hours on the car and went through the whole report in detail with me and able to provide me the confidence to buy the car. I’ve had previous experience with other inspection service companies who spends less than an hour and provides 300 photos which doesnt add much value to your decision. Well done guys keep up the quality.

Do yourself a favor and go use another inspector. They charge more and claim they do more of a thorough job than other inspectors (what a load of b#!) As advised by one of their inspectors, use Redbook or NRMA..... same job done but 100 cheaper. Absolute disgraceful service!!!!!!

Bought a car being too far to inspect it myself got told about this service. Got the inspection done on a 19,000 van. Inspection came back good on the cooling system with all the tests apparently. I got the car delivered and looked in the radiator first thing and could tell there was something wrong. Visible sludge. Booked it in for a coolant flush at the local mechanic who ran the same tests and looks like the head is cracked..spent 300 to avoid this situation. Would not reccomend.

Amazing Service! Spoke to Ray on labour day long weekend to book an inspection for a vehicle that i have put a deposit and have 24 hours cooling off period. Ray from MTA was able to visit the dealership the next morning to inspect the car and sent me a very detail report from the inspection........ Very useful tool to negotiate price and also fixes on the vehicle with the dealer prior to pick up. Manageed to get the dealer to replace break pads and fix minor defects, all mentioned in the report that Ray put together. I Highly recommend them. for 295, its worth every cent for the piece of mind that i made the right decision. Good on you guys! keep up the good work!

Provided a good inspection the first time I used there service in early August 19 Second inspection late August 19 was not as satisfactory but my complaint raised was resolved after review and they are a business that keeps their word which I respect and is rare these days I would recommend their services to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle
