A very good, very helpful, modern workshop with old fashion values in customer service. Having recently moved to Launceston from Sydney, I needed to have my daughters car, my old Jeep, boat trailer and motorcycle inspected for new registration. After calling a few places, Auto Tec West seemed to be the most helpful, and they were. All staff have been happy to discuss the work and answer all my questions, as a result I know where I'm taking the Jeep for mechanical work from now on. Thanks for the great service!

Had a second hand car I needed checked before buying and the team at Auto Tech West were happy to accommodate at the quarter of the price some of the "other" companies out there were charging. After thoroughly checking the vehicle, this gave me a great indication of its condition and what to offer the seller. After negotiating a good price for the car, I took it back to Auto Tech West to fix the few minor problems required. I even noticed an issue which I did not mention to see if they would pick up on it, but they were thorough and concise with ALL that was required to be worked upon and the cost once again, extremely reasonable compared to some of those "other" companies. Quick to complete the work, Patrick and the team at Auto Tech West are a friendly, family owned and operated business which can complete all your automotive needs at very reasonable prices (I know that sounds like a sales pitch, but it's true). I couldn't speak higher of the quality of service they gave me, so if you are looking for work on your car, or potentially buying a second hand car, I certainly recommend Patrick, Dean and the team at Auto Tech West.
Great service at great prices
Fantastic prompt service, helped my daughter out when her car broke down and as we live in Victoria, it only took a phone call and they were there. Peace of mind. Will definitely use you in the future.
