The whole team at South Adelaide Flooring Xtra were amazing, from quoting through to install. Very impressed. A big shout out to Josh and Mitch who installed my floorboards. Don't let their age fool you, these boys know what they are doing! Very professional, and courteous. The quality of their work is amazing! Great if you only want to be ‘sold’ a product. Zero customer service once the sale is made. No accountability and no idea of requirements onsite. Ended up costing way more than agreed. Go to someone that know what they’re doing.

From initial contact and advice, through to installation, this was 5 star service. We visited the store initially to view products, and then had a measure and quote done at home. This was done very efficiently, and compared favourably with other quotes. We were on a very tight timeline; this work had to fit with other trades contracted. And it did. The installers arrived on time and worked professionally to prepare our floors, and installed the engineered timber perfectly. We are more than pleased with the result, and confidently recommend the business.

The Store is a nice store with a great good selection of carpets. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the lady that handled our purchase, she went to great lengths to get us the carpet that we required. The carpet fitters were excellent an laid the carpet very well Highly recommended

She arranged and actually did the measuring for the quote herself, she was on time and again very friendly and helpful. We are planning to go back to have the rest of our house carpeted. Would definitely recommend Flooring Extra. The install went smoothly and the installer did a very thorough job. Am very happy with the result
