Hands down, the worst company to do business with. please stay away from these guys.
Worst milk company to deal with. Called to ask if additional items can be added to today’s delivery as it’s been done many times before. The girl Elissa was so rude and doesn’t even understand customer service. The way she spoke was disgusting. Asked to cancel all standing orders and will be changing milk company and she replied “cool” and she was happy about it and hung up. Disgusting. Replace her and find someone who understands the importance of providing good customer service. This bad egg is doing your company more harm than good.
Best milk for coffees bar none. Consistently good service and nice staff to deal with.
