I love the community, the atmosphere the staff and the equipment. New stuff is added to the gym throughout the year and I love it! Only downside is that the racks are VERY close to one another. Someone nearly bumped into my bar as I was squatting and that was very dangerous. I understand that there’s not enough space to evenly space them so that is definitely out of their control. Other than that I love it and recommend it to anyone who is in the area!

This gym has a massive range of equipment and the facility is always clean. The staff are always welcoming and willing to have a conversation with their members. Highly recommend this gym!

I recently joined about 5 weeks ago! Iam pleased to say I love this gym and have already noticed a difference in my weight and strength. Iam blown away by the support I receive from the staff, particularly Barbara! Always gives a friendly smile and nothing is ever an effort when you need help with something. This has helped me greatly as I have always been concerned with image and now I just feel like part of the family, that’s really the kind of feeling I get when I walk in now. The layout is great and there is more than adequate equipment available! Facilities are always clean and I visit 3 days a week! Thanks anytime Moorebank for providing such a great inclusive environment and helping me to achieve my fitness goals.

Your terms and conditions don’t allow for someone who is completely uncomfortable even entering your premises? Cameras can’t fix this issue. It has caused mental damage which can’t be fixed. I need to seek legal advice to see what my options are. You have made and option for me to back out of my contract. I explained my circumstances and all your branch seems to care about is money. Thanks anytime fitness for this experience.

I spoke to a staff member last week about cancelling my membership and she clearly stated that i could cancel my membership if i pay 50% of the remaining contract fee. I understood and was happy to do this but got caught up in a meeting and left it for the week after. After speaking to the 'manager' today she said that this was not possible and that I must give 30 days notice and pay the remaining 2 fortnight fees that are left in my contract. Being out of a job within the pandemic, management should be more sensitive to the current climate. The manager Barbara was extremely rude and blunt while speaking to me and spoke in such a patronising and demeaning manner. The staff at this club have always been quite unfriendly and unwelcoming but i did not expect this attitude to a customer upfront. After explaining that her staff member told me different terms for cancellation she said, "well i'm the manager and thats how it is". If your the manager and your staff are telling me different terms then your not training your staff well enough obviously. extremely disappointing, unprofessional, rude, and an extremely poor layout and small gym for such unwelcoming patronising staff. Expected better from such a large company. I'm writing this review from a family members account, as my google account has been blocked from writing a review.

They require 30 days notice to cancel membership even if your contract expires! they also charge 5 per week for everywhere U put yoour account on hold. Any excuse to squeeze more money from clients!
